Growth Marketing · Product Marketing · Full-Time Opportunities

Looking for a marketer who can see the big picture—and actually do the work?

I've spent 23+ years figuring out how to turn attention into customers: writing the copy, building the funnels, running the ads, launching the products, and learning from the numbers when something didn't work. Along the way, I've also built businesses, led teams, and taught more than 1,700 students.

If you need someone who can bring experience to the table, roll up their sleeves, and help your marketing move forward, we should talk.

The Hiring Challenge

You don't need more marketing activity. You need more of it to work.

Maybe you're getting traffic, but not enough leads. Leads, but not enough sales. Maybe you've got a great product that people just aren't quite getting. Or maybe the ideas are good, but the to-do list keeps growing faster than anything gets shipped.

I've been on both sides of that problem: the person responsible for the business results, and the person in the software doing the work. It's taught me that the answer isn't always another campaign, more tools, or a bigger team. Sometimes it's better messaging. A clearer offer. A smarter follow-up. Or simply someone experienced enough to recognize what needs fixing—and capable enough to fix it.

23+ Years of Hands-On Experience

I know how the pieces fit together. I've also built the pieces.

From the first moment someone discovers a brand to the day they become a happy customer, here's where I can help.

01

Find out what makes people care

Customer interviews, surveys, competitor research, positioning, messaging, and offers. Before trying to sell something, I want to understand what people actually want—and how they describe it in their own words.

Start with the customer.
02

Get the right people paying attention

Organic content, social media, paid campaigns, partnerships, video, and lead generation. I've built a 500K+ audience and managed about $500K in ads, so I know the difference between attention that looks good and attention that grows a business.

Attention with a purpose.
03

Turn interest into action

Websites, landing pages, sales copy, webinars, email campaigns, and automated follow-up. I've built the entire journey—not just one page—and spent years testing where people get stuck and what helps them move forward.

Make the next step easier.
04

Help the people doing the work succeed

I've managed a seven-person team and taught 1,700+ students through online programs. I can set direction, organize projects, coach people, give useful feedback, and collaborate with specialists—without losing touch with the actual work.

Lead when needed. Build alongside.

“For years, I wasn't just responsible for a marketing task. I was responsible for whether the business worked. That changes how you think about customers, budgets, deadlines—and what actually matters.”

Selected Work

Less talk. Here's what I've actually built.

Anyone can say they know marketing. These three projects show what I mean—from growing an audience and selling a real product, to building the entire sales system, to turning a customer's frustration into a working app.

Full-Stack Digital Marketing

My Skills

Strategy

Customer research, positioning & offers

Interviews and surveys, competitive research, customer language, product positioning, offers, launch plans, and writing messages people actually understand. I've researched hundreds of prospective customers, not just guessed what they wanted.

Acquisition

Content, social media & paid campaigns

Content strategy and creation, social growth, video, ad creative and copy, paid advertising, lead generation, campaign setup, testing, and improvement. I can think through the campaign and help make the assets that bring it to life.

Conversion

Websites, copywriting & sales funnels

Websites, landing pages, sales pages, webinars, lead magnets, quizzes, offers, checkout journeys, and conversion testing. I write, design, build, and improve the steps between someone's first click and the decision to buy.

Lifecycle

Email, automation & digital products

Newsletters, welcome and sales sequences, segmentation, lead nurturing, retargeting, onboarding, retention, product launches, memberships, and courses. The relationship doesn't end when someone joins your email list—or buys.

Leadership

Team leadership, teaching & project ownership

Hiring and coordinating specialists, managing a seven-person team, teaching 1,700+ students, mentoring teammates, creating clear priorities, and carrying projects to completion. I enjoy making other people better at what they do, not just checking their work.

How I Work

I don't need a perfect brief. I need a problem worth solving.

  1. 01

Understand the people and the problem

Who are we trying to reach? What do they want? Where are we losing them? I start by listening, looking at the numbers, and making sure we're solving the right problem.

  2. 02

Find the next move that matters

Not every idea deserves a campaign. I look for the clearest opportunity, set priorities, and focus on the work most likely to make a meaningful difference.

  3. 03

Build it. Launch it. Bring the team along.

I'll write the copy, build the pages, set up the email sequence, work with a designer or developer, or help coordinate the whole project. Whatever the job needs, I care about getting good work out the door.

  4. 04

Learn what worked—and make it better

Results tell us what to keep, change, or stop. I use customer feedback and real performance data to improve what's there, not just jump to the next shiny idea.

Where I'm Strongest

The kind of role where I can make a real difference.

  • You want someone experienced enough to take ownership of a project without needing every step spelled out.
  • You need more than recommendations—you need campaigns, pages, messages, and systems actually built and improved.
  • You're trying to attract better customers, improve conversions, launch a product, or get more from the marketing you're already doing.
  • Your team would benefit from someone who can work across disciplines instead of seeing everything as somebody else's department.
  • You value someone who can lead a project, manage people, or teach a teammate without insisting on a fancy title.
  • You want a marketer who cares about what customers experience and whether the work produces results.

Roles I Can Fill

Different job titles. Same thing I bring to the table: experience that gets put to work.

I'm looking for a full-time marketing role where I can contribute as a hands-on manager or experienced specialist—and help the team around me get better, too.

Hiring for Your Team?

Need someone who can own the work—not just talk about it?

If you're hiring a full-time marketer with experienced judgment, practical skills, and the ability to work well with people, I'd love to hear what you're building. Tell me what's working, what's stuck, and what you need this role to accomplish.
